I love my Touch, but the WiFi's only useful if you're in an are with plentiful hot spots. Free WiFi is a foreign concept in Heidelberg, Germany, where I'm living right now. I'd hope the situation is better in larger European cities.

Great post and cool gadgets! ….though I'd like to add that, the iPod Touch does not need to be jailbroken to enable VOIP services. Applications like Fring and Truphone, both free, both available from Apple's app store, can be used to make free or low cost VOIP calls using an iPod Touch.

Good Gravy: I want to buy everything here at once! I have been wondering when that cassette adaptor would pop up – I've rented way too many cards with no line in. The Asus just makes me drool every time I see it. Sad, I know.
